We have a little cuteness for you today!

Seven groundhog babies, one brought in alone and six from a liter. I also have one more that is a little older and aggressive. Enjoy! – Fran Kitchen

A groundhog’s “job” is to act as a primary excavator and soil engineer in its habitat, which has significant effects on the surrounding environment. As dedicated foragers and diggers, they play an essential, albeit sometimes destructive, role in the ecosystem. They are also one of my (Fran) favorite animals. 😍
