If you find babies in nests with water please use rags or paper towels and suck up the water. Dry the babies and place them in a box until later today when the nest is drier. Cover and leave them alone. Mom will not return to them until later today. Thank you!

Those of you that follow our page may recall that back in July, we posted a video of a 4 week old beaver. It was stolen from its mom in the middle of the night by people that were fishing and thought they would ‘save it’. The truth is, it should have been left alone as mom was not far away. This happens far too often when humans try to intervene when they shouldn’t.
